Today, as a family, we went apple picking! It was at a local Orchard called Belltown Hill Orchard and we chose the best day/time to go. It was also an overcast day, mid 70s which made it perfect. When we got there (9:30am), we were the third car in the parking lot. By the time we left (11:15), the parking lot was filled and families were lining up to get on the tractor.
Liam had a great time. He devoured a mackintosh apple and had his first taste of apple fritters. We ended up picking about 15lbs of apples (including 3 pears) and a 14lb pumpkin. I know I am due for an update (as promised last week). It's coming... I promise!
